Nicole is our Founder and Director of the GCC, a title well deserved given her 17+ years of experience, having performed over 700 ceremonies!
Nicole is our guru of all things legalities, choreography and professionalism and provides endless hours of support to all of us and countless celebrants around Australia and overseas. Her couples are the lucky recipients of her unparalleled passion and commitment to delivering the best wedding ceremony possible.
With her incredible attention to detail, organisational skills and seamless service, combined beautifully with her warm, generous nature and her upbeat personality -

Laura Kate
Just engaged, and ready to indulge in all the magic of your wedding? Laura will be there with you every step of the way in your ceremony planning journey, and will be as much, or maybe even more, excited than you on your wedding day! Laura brings her ceremonies to life with a modern vibe, yet still making sure her love of love shines through. She is passionate in her belief that your love story should be conveyed to the world in a way that reflects and honours you both.

Di Schmidtke
The marriage celebrant with the coolest logo in the biz, Di has married couples in love on mountains tops, on the beach, at Golden Plains & Meredith music festivals and in stunning parks and gardens and has the honour of being the official celebrant for Geelong’s K Rock.
Weaving all these diverse stories together to create absolute magic is Di’s vibrant, generous and caring personality. You can be certain you will feel calm and supported on your wedding day with Di as your celebrant.
Anita Jenkins
Anita brings a warmth and generosity to each and every interaction, making her couples feel supported and special. A passionate people person, Anita has made a career out of her love of surrounding herself with incredible people, having worked in hospitality, tourism and event management and now, as a marriage celebrant.
Anita’s engaged couples are lucky to receive the benefits of her strong leadership and organisational skills combined with her easy-going nature, which she uses to draw out the essence of her couples to provide them with beautiful bespoke wedding ceremonies.
Jessie Belle
With her bubbly energy, flaming red hair and infectious laugh, Jessie keeps us all smiling. She is vibrant and outgoing, and with 30 years of experience performing as a singer, dancer, actor and improviser you know your wedding ceremony will be one to remember, for all the right reasons. Jessie spent the last ten years entertaining seriously ill and hospitalised children and their families as superhero “Captain Starlight”, and this empathic side of her shines through in every interaction with her couples.
You'll always catch her with a smile on her face, a laugh at the ready and if given half a chance, a glass of wine in hand!
